The land owners voluntarily submit the application for collection of land development tax on the prescribed receipt on the basis of the request of the land or the concerned union land assistant officer.

Subject to proper investigation, it was found to be correct and the proposal was sent to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer with the recommendation of Bayan.

Provision of agricultural khas land settlement
The landless have to apply along with the photo along with the Deputy Commissioner / Upazila Nirbahi Officer with a court fee of Rs. After verification and selection by the Upazila Committee on Agricultural Settlement Land Settlement, the list is recommended for settlement on priority basis. Afterwards, it is finally approved by the District Committee.

Eksana based license of peripheral hatbazar
Payment
In order to issue an eksana based license of the peripheral hat bazaar, the actual babasai has to apply along with the Deputy Commissioner / Upazila Nirbahi Officer with a court fee of Rs. 5. The license is issued as per the rules after the approval of the Deputy Commissioner.

Determining the boundaries of khas land
If there is private property with government land, the boundary is fixed by the surveyor on the application of the owner of the privately owned land with a court fee of Rs. 5 along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land).

Eviction of illegal occupants
If there is any illegal occupant of government khas land, the eviction case is sent to the deputy commissioner by the surveyor after determining the boundaries by the surveyor on the application of the union land officer or any other person and the eviction is carried out as per the order of the deputy commissioner.
